Return & Exchange Policy

To start with, perfume belongs to the category of non-refundable products. Return or exchange of a bottle of perfume or deodorant is only possible if you receive a damaged product or a product that is not ordered by you. Having said that, please go through the below-mentioned points to initiate a return or exchange request,

  1. We have a 7-day return policy. It means that you have 7 days from receiving your item to initiate a request for return beyond which we won’t be able to accept your request under any circumstances.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It should be unworn/unused. It should also be in its original packaging with tags. Also the original receipt or proof of purchase would be needed.
  3. In the case of DAMAGED or MISSING ITEM, we would need an unboxing video (video recorded from phone while opening the package) to make you eligible to return claim.
  4. We want you to inform us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue at the earliest. So, please inspect the product upon reception.
  5. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  6. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note: Not liking the fragrance will not be considered as a reason for return or exchange. Also, An amount of ₹ 000/- will be deducted from the refund towards the refund charges (delivery and return courier charges)
